Returns & Refunds Policy — CROCH AU PTY LTD

 

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

 

Change of mind: In addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at the buyer's expense.

 

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items: Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us at crochaupty@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a repair, replacement or full refund as required by law, including return shipping costs where applicable.

 

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

 

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
